Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Austrian Chancellor Christian Stocker discussed expanding Türkiye-Austria economic cooperation, Türkiye-EU relations, and regional security during talks in Ankara.
Erdoğan called on the European Union to advance Customs Union modernisation and visa liberalisation, saying progress would benefit all parties. The leaders also exchanged views on Syria, Gaza, the Balkans and the Russia-Ukraine war.
