President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and President Karol Nawrocki reaffirmed Türkiye and Poland’s commitment to closer cooperation on NATO, defence, security and European affairs during talks in Ankara.

Erdoğan said both countries play an important role in Europe’s security architecture, thanked Poland for supporting Türkiye’s European Union membership bid, and stressed the need for lasting peace in Palestine, Ukraine and the wider Middle East.
