Leaders from the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Denmark, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden and Ukraine met in Paris as part of the Coalition of the Willing to reaffirm support for Ukraine and outline further security measures.  

The coalition called for an immediate ceasefire and renewed negotiations, while confirming continued military, financial and civilian assistance for Ukraine.

Key points from the statement:

  • Established support for the Integrated Anti-Ballistic Missile Coalition to strengthen Europe’s missile defence capabilities through cooperation in technology, research and defence industries.  
  • Agreed to increase deliveries of air defence systems, interceptors and long-range capabilities for Ukraine.
  • Reaffirmed continued sanctions and economic pressure on Russia while supporting future security guarantees for Ukraine.
  • Backed the role of the Multinational Force for Ukraine following a credible ceasefire.
