The European Commission has launched the Team Gaza Initiative during the second Palestine Donor Group meeting in Brussels, bringing together international partners to support Gaza’s early recovery and strengthen coordination on reconstruction efforts.
Co-chaired by Commissioner for the Mediterranean Dubravka Šuica and Palestinian Authority Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa, the meeting also reviewed progress on the Palestinian Authority’s reform agenda and secured additional support through the PEGASE funding mechanism.

- €883.6 million committed through the Team Gaza Initiative for early recovery projects.
- €41.7 million in new PEGASE contributions signed by participating countries.
- Discussions focused on restoring water, sanitation, health, energy and food systems in Gaza.
- The Palestinian Authority presented reforms covering public finances, governance, digital services and infrastructure.
