United States Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Lithuanian Foreign Minister Kęstutis Budrys signed a Critical Minerals Framework Memorandum of Understanding in Washington on Thursday (17 Sep), aimed at strengthening cooperation on supply chain resilience and economic security.
The framework will support efforts to identify priority projects and encourage cooperation between governments and the private sector on critical minerals, processing and investment.
