Key developments:
- Defence Minister Marcelo Salinas resigned and was replaced by Ernesto Justiniano.
- Education Minister Beatriz Garcia also stepped down.
- Around 100 road blockades have been reported nationwide.
- Opposition figures are discussing a potential recall referendum on President Rodrigo Paz’s future in office.
The government has rejected calls for resignation and continues to seek a political solution to the ongoing unrest.
